This Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") is an agreement between The Client Saver Group, Inc. ("The-CSGroup.Com") and the party ("Customer", "Client", "Member", "you". "your"), and applies to all services ("Services") rendered by The-CSGroup.Com or ordered by you.
Agreement: Please read these terms carefully. Use of this website by any user (hereinafter “you” or “your”), including job seekers and employer customers, indicates acceptance of these terms as a legally binding contract. Do not use this site if you are not in full agreement with these terms. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms prospectively at any time and you agree to periodically review these Terms of Use and be bound by any future changes.

General: This Agreement is entered into in the State of New Jersey and shall be exclusively governed by New Jersey law without regard to conflict of laws provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Bergen County, New Jersey for any dispute arising under this Agreement. This Agreement, along with any written Agreement entered into and signed by the parties, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any oral agreement. No agent or employee of The-CSGroup.Com is authorized to enter into any oral agreement modifying this Agreement. This Agreement can be modified by a written agreement entered into and signed by the parties.
