The-CSGroup.Com gathers and discloses two types of information about users:

Information that users provide through voluntary submissions. These are voluntary submissions to list your personal information, to list information about your company and to participate in our message boards or forums.  The-CSGroup.Com discloses this information to other users to facilitate matching job seekers and employers and to enable participation in message boards or forums.  If you post any of your personal information in public areas of The-CSGroup.Com such as online forums or message boards, or in the searchable resume database, your information may be collected and used by others over whom The-CSGroup.Com has no control.  If you select the privacy feature when posting information, every possible effort will be taken to provide this privacy.

Information that The-CSGroup.Com may gather through aggregated tracking information derived mainly by tallying page views throughout our sites. This information allows us to better tailor our content to readers' needs and to help our job seekers and employer customers and sponsors better understand the demographics of our audience.  

Consistent with the Federal Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA) we will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18.

We may place a text file called a "cookie" in the browser files of your computer. The cookie itself does not contain Personal Information although it will enable us to relate your use of this site to information that you have specifically and knowingly provided. But the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. A cookie can't read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites.
